When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, along with any message you send us.

When you book an appointment through Acuity Scheduling, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and we do not store your card details.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, confirm and manage your appointments, process payments for treatments booked online, and send appointment confirmation and reminder emails. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to provide our services.

Third party services

We use Acuity Scheduling to manage appointments and bookings. Acuity is operated by Squarespace Inc. and processes personal data including your name, email address, and phone number in order to facilitate bookings. We use Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe processes your payment information on our behalf and does not share it with us beyond what is necessary to confirm a transaction. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses essential cookies to provide core website functionality. Acuity Scheduling also uses cookies to provide the online booking system on this site. How long we keep your data
